BSI (British Standards Institution) issued its first ISO 42001 certificate to KPMG Australia in October 2024, and in November 2025 became the first certification body accredited by both UKAS and RvA to deliver ISO/IEC 42001 certification. It has one of the largest pools of trained ISO 42001 auditors and the most established audit program, which makes it a common choice for UK and EU organizations and for those treating certification as EU AI Act preparation.
