How we track (methodology)
Check the source
Every regulation page is written from the statute, the implementing rules, and the enforcing agency's own guidance. Where a claim rests on a court ruling or an agency FAQ, that document is what we cite.
Stamp the date
Each page carries the date it was last verified against those sources. When a date, penalty, or status changes, we rewrite the page and re-stamp it.
Review listings
Provider listings are reviewed before they are published. Verified listings are flagged on each profile. Firms tag the regulations they cover; we check the tags against what the firm actually publishes.
Most recent regulation review: 2026-09-03.
How provider matching works
Providers tag the regulations and jurisdictions they work in, and we place them on the matching regulation pages. Featured providers pay for the top slot on those pages and are always labeled as Featured. Nothing else about the ordering is for sale, and a payment never changes what a regulation page says.
Corrections
If something here is wrong or out of date, email hello@regulome.io with the page and the source. We fix the page and re-stamp its verified date. We would rather be corrected than wrong.
